Designed by John Eaves, the starship made its debut in Star Trek: First Contact (1996), and continued its big-screen run in both Star Trek: Insurrection (1998) and Star Trek: Nemesis (2002).
A state-of-the-art Sovereign-class vessel, the Enterprise-E served as the flagship of the United Federation of Planets from 2372 until 2408, fending off threats such as the Borg, the Son'a, and the new Romulan Praetor – Picard's own clone, Shinzon!
