The dust jacket has wear and tear throughout the edges and corners.
The hardcover itself has some discoloring along the edges and some white marks on the back.
Other than the signature page, the pages are all unmarked and clean with no folds. There is some mild creasing on the edges of a few of the pages (pictured)
The binding is a little loose.
