This is a spectacular Lladro Daisa "Boy Awaking" vintage sculpture statue. It was first introduced in 1970 and retired in 1980. Item number is 4870. It's from the Lladro Children's collection. It was designed by Fulgencio Garcia. This incredible is of an adorable young child who just woke up and is stretching and yawning with his arms outstretched looking upwards. He has his eyes and his mouth opened. He has a short cut and brown hair. He's wearing a long white pajama gown with a baby blue color. His features are very realistic. It's made with Lladro's special pastel colors and a glazed finish. It was created in Spain. It measures 8 3/4" tall 3 3/4" wide. It is a handmade hand painted figurine. It's in excellent condition no chips or cracks. No original box. Last known original retail price is $375.00
